Freewill.....caught up in the running wheel....

Freewill is one of the most important gift that GOD has ever given to mankind. It is a philosophical doctrine that gives us the freedom to choose between right or wrong, good or bad, left or right, up or down....all of it are left ultimately to ourselves. Whatever the situation is, whoever we are, we are all given the same freewill. In whatever case it is, we always are presented with options. What makes everything difficult for us are not the options itself but the process of choosing which one to take without ever having the feeling of guilt once we decided to take it.
Most of the time, we choose the things that we think and feel best serves our needs. Sometimes we opt to take the easy way for our own convenience. At times, we give in to an alternative which would set us free from the burden of selfishness that would entail sacrificing your own happiness.
We have created our own standards just like society has identified and dictated our culture and norms whereby those who deviate from such would be labeled as a 'violator', 'offender', 'criminal' or 'sinner'. The pros and cons of each and every choices that we have must be carefully weighed whenever we are in a state of dilemma.
There are moments when the answer is simply in front of us. We can find all the reasons to go on and pick the most visible, viable, and logical choice. An option that makes more sense...that outweighs all others. As such, we are relieved from the tension, confusion and stress of choosing. This scenario is effortless because it just merely let one distinguish the fact from fiction...truth from comfort...knowledge and enlightenment as oppose to ignorance and bliss.
On the other hand, a situation calls for a more in-depth analysis of the outcomes rather than scrutinizing the choices itself. These are the most challenging tasks that we have to face and live by. It is our innermost beliefs, credo or philosophies in life that are at stake ... that plays along against our deeper most desires, interests, pleasures. So which one prevails? The former makes you as the sacrificial lamb...surrendering the other side of your profound happiness. Somehow, the latter gives you sort of a short-lived sense of wholeness. Whichever you choose to serve, you should take into account that there are always strings attached to every decision you make. You may pull the string towards you or you may toss it away from you but always bear in mind that at the other end of the string is something or someone waiting for something to happen..............
